Ovenu

Ovenu is the world’s largest and most profitable domestic and small-commercial oven cleaning and restoration operator. 

Currently, its UK franchisee count stands at over 100. The company approached The Franchise Company in 1999 when it had just 3 franchisees. We made significant improvements to the Ovenu franchise model, developed a new franchisee training and support programme and operating manual, prepared a brief for the drafting of a new franchise agreement, and produced a new suite of franchise marketing materials. A franchise roll-out plan was implemented in 2000 and we’ve been involved since in helping Ovenu recruit new franchisees, re-sell existing franchises and build its UK franchise network. They were also voted as one of the top 100 franchises in the UK by EliteFranchise in 2018.

Along the way we’ve guided Ovenu through the process of becoming members of the British Franchise Association and have also helped the business expand its franchise operations internationally via master franchising, starting in Australia and New Zealand and then into Europe and the United States.
