After working with the company to develop its franchise model, The Franchise Company worked closely to assist in the recruitment of franchisees. This involvement included everything from marketing strategy to franchise documentation. The Ovenu franchise network has grown from 18 franchisee in 2002 when we first became involved, to over 100 in 2009. Ovenu is now expanding internationally and we have now assisted them to appoint master franchisees in Australia, Spain, US and Canada.
To assist with recruitment, Prudential asked The Franchise Company to take a leading role in the recruitment of franchisees. The Franchise Company was involved in the recruitment planning and marketing of the franchise. It also helped with dealing with initial enquiries, providing ongoing information and advice to prospects.
As a franchise with a high investment level, Tiffinbites was very keen to get the best possible franchisees on board. The Franchise Company were heavily involved both in the development and execution of the recruitment strategy, and worked to both market the franchise and to deal with prospective franchisees on an ongoing basis.
