Griffin Grays was established in 2006 by MD Alan Webb. The company specialises in lettings and sales and is based in Grays, Essex. Alan has been involved in the property sector for many years and since he established Griffin Grays, he has worked to develop it into a robust profitable business. As a business, Griffin Grays has concentrated more on the lettings side, which it views to be a far more stable form of long-term income. In addition to its property services, Griffin Grays also operates the ‘Griffin Grays Trust’ which gives the public of Thurrock an opportunity to apply for grants for individuals, projects and charities within the borough.

Griffin Grays went through the franchise development process with The Franchise Company in 2021.
