Introtweet is a social media agency that provides social media management, social media training and social media audits. The business was established in 2013 by Laura Brown & Peter Andrews and has grown substantially over the last 10 years. Based in Exeter, they currently have a 2^nd office in Taunton, working primarily with local businesses and organisations.

The business currently has 7 members of staff, and the key to its success is the fact that it only specialises in social media services. This ensures that the services are of high quality and are not diluted by the introduction of additional services (such as writing blogs, etc).

Introtweet went through the franchise development process with The Franchise Company in 2023 and will be looking to launch their franchise in the Autumn of 2024.
