Krokus Window Cleaning Limited was originally formed in 2009 by owner Guy Lupton. The business originally started because Guy found it difficult to find a regular reliable window cleaner. This has been the case for many of their customers, who have also experienced  a similar situation.  Its Head Office is based in Billingshurst in West Sussex, but their current customer base stretches  across West Sussex and parts of East Sussex and Surrey . Their current customer base consists of primarily domestic properties as well as a limited number of commercial clients.

Krokus Window Cleaning went through the franchise development process with The Franchise Company and was launched in its initial franchise units by the summer of 2024.
