Originally established in Hastings in 2015 as a small authentic Neapolitan Street Food eatery, the Rustico business was born from childhood memories and the recipes handed down over generations. The business has grown organically over the last 8 years and now has 8 eateries covering communities across East Sussex. The current eateries are in Hailsham, Eastbourne, Lewes, Hove, Brighton, Battle, Bexhill and Hastings. The management team were looking to next expand into West Kent and then East Kent and beyond and approached The Franchise Company to assist with their franchise development plans.
