Our guest for our next First Friday session in November 2023 is Rachel Ray, founder of the Chromia Group.  Rachel is an award-winning entrepreneur, initially known for founding the ethical franchise network Bright & Beautiful and taking it from a £200 investment to a £5m turnover business with national coverage and employing over 500 people. Rachel left the business after managing the sale of the franchise network to the Neighborly group who continue to take it from strength to strength.  

Rachel will share her experiences of franchising including why every franchisor should have a long-term exit plan, how to increase the capital value of your franchise network and how to prepare for the sale of your franchised business and how to navigate the sales process followed by our usual open Q&A session.
