HOW TO VALUE A FRANCHISE RESALE  

Franchise resales can be a great opportunity to get new blood into a franchise network but there are challenges around managing the resale process, not least of which is the potential valuation of a franchisees business to make sure that both the outgoing and incoming franchisees get a fair deal.
