Simon Wise, a trained mediator with 27 years of franchising experience, will explain why mediation is such a vital tool in the franchise sector.

Simon brings nearly 3 decades of franchising experience to this session including 7 years as the Deputy Director General of the British Franchise Association and 8 years developing and running his own Driver Hire franchise which he built and sold as a successful going concern.
